National deliveries.

Any products ordered from Healthclinic.net.au going to
an Australian address using Parcel Post as the delivery
method should take approximately (3) three to (9) nine
business days to arrive once dispatched..
Note: These averages are based on delivery times
to capital cities. Deliveries outside of these areas may
take longer. We are not responsible if Australia Post
fail to make the quoted delivery timetable
IMPORTANT:
Healthclinic.net.au will not replace, refund, or
provide credit notes, if items are damaged or lost in
transit, if you do not Insure Your Order.
Registered Post - Australia
We also offer
Registered Post. This is the safe option and your purchase is trackable.
Registered Post (up to 500grams) is a minimum of
$7.70
Registered Post (up to 3 kilo) is a minimum of
$13.

an Australian address should take 3 to 7 business
days to arrive from date the order was shipped.

Please be aware that backorders are shipped as soon as
possible but may take up to 7 days for delivery using Registered post .Restocking occurs weekly . IMPORTANT:
The Healthclinic is not responsible for items lost or stolen after delivery.Please be aware that deliveries are made during the day and if you are not going to be home please choose a daytime shipping address (ie work) or take the registered post option which is not left on the doorstep

2.Australia post is responsible for delivery to your address in the predetermined time and the condition in which it arrives.
3.You are responsible for the product once it has been delivered to your address.It is always prudent to ensure that any parcels are not visible and easy to steal . Any damage or loss of product is then your responsibility.

Registered post provides free cover up to the value of $100.Extra cover may be purchased for items over $100 up to $5000
Person to person delivery means that the person named in the address must be the recipient
Express Post Express post provides insurance up to the value of $50 and will be delivered to the shipping address .No signature is required . If you choose this option please be aware that you will only receive your goods 2 days earlier than regular or registered parcel post.

All digital items are delivered via download link email response after payment has cleared through
Paypal. This is an automated service .

Our Returns Policy
Healthclinic.net.au do not
refund for "Change of Mind" returns, so please
choose carefully. However, if you wish to return an item
we will issue a credit note for our store, valid for 12
months..
Healthclinic.net.au do not
refund "samples" or incorrect product choice ,so
please choose carefully.
Healthclinic.net.au do not
refund "digital downloads" ,so please choose
carefully. Incompatibility issues may be rectifiable and
where possible may be emailed to you in other formats .
Defective items
All products purchased from our website are checked
for defects and quality before shipment. If your items
does have a defect please contact us at returns (at)
Healthclinic.net.au and we will either issue a refund or
exchange the item. Please note that postage costs are
non-refundable.
Defective items must be returned to
Healthclinic.net.au within (14) fourteen days of the
purchase date to be eligible for replacement or refund.
Items will be replaced with the same item originally
purchased (if available), another item of the customers
choice to the same value, or a refund will be given.
Cost of Returns
Any costs associated with returning an item, whether
it is an exchange or a defective item, is the sole
responsibility of the customer.
Specials
All advertised "Specials" listed in the Monthly
Specials section of this store, cannot be returned unless
the item is faulty or defective, so please choose
carefully.
How to return your item
Complete the contact us page and direct your
enquiry to our Returns Department. A customer
service representative will evaluate your return
request, record all the necessary product return
information and issue you with a Return
Authorisation Number (RA Number). The RA Number
will be emailed to your registered email address
along with our postal address.
Send your item to the return address provided.
Please ensure that your RA number is clearly
displayed on the return packaging.
As soon as the return has been received, it
will be inspected, and a replacement product will
be posted to you, or a credit note will be
issued, providing that the item was received by
Healthclinic.net.au as described in the Return
Authorisation.
IMPORTANT:
The return must be received by
Healthclinic.net.au within (14) fourteen days of
the RA number being issued.
Replacement product will only be shipped after
the returned or faulty item has been received and
inspected by Healthclinic.net.au.
All returns must have an RA number.
Any item that is returned
to Healthclinic.net.au without an RA number will
be returned to sender.
If you feel that your return falls
outside of our policy, then you will need
to contact us.
